Caitlin Cooper, MBA

Caitlin leads business development at Generation Bio and provides leadership across various corporate development activities and strategy. Prior to joining Generation Bio, Caitlin held positions of increasing responsibility in business development at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from 2015-2021, leading and supporting multiple R&D and strategic financing collaborations to enable Alnylam’s RNAi platform and programs, including with Blackstone, Dicerna, Regeneron, Sanofi, and Vir. Before Alnylam, Caitlin worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Caitlin has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelors of Arts in mathematics from Bowdoin College.
