Over these recent months of doing our jobs in a primarily work-from-home environment, the Generation Bio team has remained committed to connectivity, which we’ve often had to innovate or reinvent in whole new ways. Throughout it all, though, we’ve continued to unite in shared goals, challenges and a vision to transform genetic medicine.
Earlier this summer, members of the team who felt comfortable doing so were able to gather outdoors to meet colleagues for the first time in-person, catch up organically and—most importantly—reconnect.
After so long apart, we found it energizing to experience this team in a new dimension by chatting face-to-face or competing in a cornhole match.
Hear more from the team on what reconnecting means to them.
